Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very dusty I poured the fresh box into litter pan. DEFINITELY NOT DUST PROOF! Box says 99.9% dust free. I must have got a box with all the extra dust because it was a CLOUD of dust!! This asthma Grammy not happy !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have Fresh Step with fragrance and I do appreciate the odor control. What I don't appreciate is the 99.9 % dust free claim. And, clumping? It falls apart at the least bit of trying to collect anything. I'm totally disgusted with this product and I just wish you had a guarantee on this product because I would be returning it NOW!! I'm pretty sure I will never buy anything by Fresh Step ever again. Patti

The last two boxes (I thought maybe it was user error when it 1st happened) are no longer clumping the pee and causing some of the worst smells in my house. I think it would smell better and clump better if I just went outside and got dirt from the garden. I can’t keep buying this cause even my air purifiers can’t keep up with the pee smell and I don’t want my kitties to develop litter habits. So if y’all changed something on the lightweight clumping litter….change it back!!!! For now I have to change brands. Also our litter box gets scooped twice a day for reference on sifting times. It’s like the pee soiled areas float to the top allowing the smell to e cape and intensify. Cats also have been to the vet to rule out any health issues and they are perfectly healthy. So I feel something is either wrong or changed with the litter.

This stuff is terrible.. when I add some to the litter box I can taste it and everything in the same room the litter box is in is coated with dust from this litter! It’s lightweight which I liked but as of today I’ve switched back to the brand I used to use, which truly is dust free.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not unscented This is definitely not "unscented". Has a very strong perfume odor. Maybe it was packaged wrong, or just picked up the scent by being close to other scented litter. Will not buy again, can't even finish the box I purchased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality I buy this brand every time for my cat. It's the only one he prefers. He doesn't like strong scented ones, he'll hold off going to the bathroom all day if he uses another brand.
