Rated 2 out of 5 by from I want the old litter back !! I, as have many others, will need to change to another litter. The dust factor is horrible and the litter sticks to my cat's paws so it ends up all over the house and in the bed, since she sleeps with me. Please make this the old way again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst litter I’ve ever used. Lots of dust, doesn’t cover urine or poop for one cat. What a joke.. Amazon sells for cheap. I bought five boxes now I’m stuck with a litter that doesn’t hide the smell of pee an poop. Very unsatisfied

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formula changed If I could rate it zero stars I would. I've purchased Fresh Step Simply Unsented for Years. It used to have nice big granules that did'nt stick to my cat's paws. Now it looks like pure charcoal! I tried the Outstreach line and it has a LOT of charcoal but the new formula of Simply Unsented is pure charcoal. It sticks to everything and tracks everywhere. I buy four boxes at a time and had to get rid of them all. You should at least label them New Formula.

You would think they would test it before changing the formula. So dusty now my cats run from the box after using it.

I agree with all the similar comments here. Please return to the original formula. Now I have to get something else. Cannot trust Fresh Step.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from From Great to bottom of line We have been using this product for quite some time. 5 star for old formula - "Simply Unscented Litter" new Formula 1 star and as others are pointing out it got dark vs light grey. Something wrong with new formula, so much my cat refused to use any box with new in it. I usually buy ahead, so now i got 5 boxes. Anyone want 5 free boxes, come get. I am now looking and evaluating new companies. Some penny pincher changed the product, and now they broke it. Good luck to all with new formula, when your cat decides not to use of of your boxes.
