Now I have to change the litter more often. To me it seems you want me to buy more litter. Sorry, not happening. Because of your greed you've lost a customer.

Rating on being 99.9% dust free as claimed, however when I notice clouds of dust billowing whenever I fill or add cat litter? This product is a FAIL. I am very particular about dusty litter because I had a cat go from having perfectly healthy lungs to "severe COPD" and dying in 6 months and the only remote possible cause was dust from cat litter.
