Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not low dust This is definitely not dust free or even low dust. It is the dustiest litter I have ever used. I am very disappointed. Have always used your products but am rethinking that decision now. My cat has allergies that cause breathing issues and this litter extremely irritated thoose allergies. Please stop eith the false advertising!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used to be great litter Definitely not 99.8% dust free, packages usually not filled, I buy supposedly the 42lb. Lately has been extreme amount of dust that coats everything and is not the same quality as before wirh much higher price everywhere when you are able to find it, customer service not much help with issues been having lately and their rewards program is a joke, always did a reason to reject your receipts and I pay over a 100 a month on litter!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor changes to your product This shouldn't even get a star. Your claim of 99.9% dust free is ridiculous! I've been using this same product for years, and you've changed the formula so much that my cats refuse to use this litter and will force me as a long-time customer to find a new product elsewhere. The dust coats EVERYTHING, including my own clothing when I go to clean it. The dust is coating our cupboards, floors, blankets, ugh. My cats are licking their fur frantically trying to get it off of them because it plumes all over their fur when they go in the litter box. Absolutely disgusted with what you did to this product. Please take this (and all the previous customer comments) to your engineering team and figure out a better solution. In the meantime, it seems you've forced the hand of all your customers to look for something else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Formula seems to have changed Have been buying this product for years but last box of four I purchased from Chewy works differently. Clumps don't seem to hold together as well, fall apart when scooping, and more sticks to the bottom of the cat box and needs to be scraped off. Loved this litter and have been recommending for years, but will have to find a new one. Please go back to your old formula..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from “Simply unscented” is extremely scented I bought this 3 days ago. I was expecting there to be no scent as per the name. It is so strongly scented that I have to hold my breath when I scoop. I have scent induced migraines, and not only do I smell it every time I walk downstairs, I also smell it every time I hold my cat. It smells like air freshener spray-disgusting. Very disappointed that I wasted my money. Just don’t do it if you are sensitive to fragrances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Version is Horrible I just opened a new box of this litter and thought something was wrong with it. Now I see from the reviews that the formula must have been changed or something and my cat doesn't seem to like it anymore after using it for a few years. Now I'm out $17.99 and need to find new litter for him. I've always bought Fresh Step and was always very happy with it, this is disappointing.

It is NOT even close to the previous boxes of the litter. I am thoroughly disappointed and will have to try other brands. My biggest problem now is how to dispose of the current box of lousy litter. Fresh Step: what were you thinking? You had a great product. Now you have a really bad one.
