Litter box filling to 3-4 inches deep

Step 1 Fill your clean litter box with 3–4 inches of Fresh Step litter. Pour litter no more than a few inches from the box OR keep the carton close to the box when pouring litter.

Removing a clump of litter

Step 2 Litter quickly forms a clump around liquid waste. Remove clumps and solids daily, and dispose of in trash. Do not flush.

Refreshing the litterbox with more litter

Step 3 Add more Fresh Step clumping cat litter to refresh your litter box. Maintain level of litter at 3-4 inches.
