Driver Assistance: Those pallets are heavy. Let us know if you’d like the driver to move the pallets from the truck to the driveway or inside the shelter close to the driveway. Just note that the driver can’t help unload the actual litter or remove the pallet.

Pallet Jack Needed^**: Need the driver to bring one along? No problem.

^*Lift Gate Truck has a hydraulic lift attached to the back of the truck that can lower freight to the ground. If you don’t request this, you’ll be responsible for getting the litter off the truck.

^**A pallet jack is a tool used to lift and move pallets.
